Delivery attempts policy

We attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail due to absence or repeated refusal to receive the order, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse and the customer will bear the full shipping costs.

Cancellation of cash on delivery service

If you fail to receive 3 consecutive orders, the cash on delivery option will be permanently disabled on your account. You will still be able to use other electronic payment methods available on the Site.

Fees and charges

Refusing to receive the shipment

If you refuse to receive the shipment upon delivery, you will be responsible for the full shipping cost both ways.

Return shipping fees

If you return a product, the return shipping fee will be equal to the original shipping fee and is fully borne by the customer.

Delay compensation

Our commitment to you: if your shipment is delayed beyond the agreed delivery time, we commit to cancelling the shipping charges in full as a sincere apology for the delay. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Maximum shipping period

Shipments are not allowed to be delayed for more than 10 days from the actual shipping date. We are committed to delivering your order on or before the promised date.
